PAL Business Forms is run by Bob Jones. Bob is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in communications, and came to the Division looking for an intellectual challenge as well as a vehicle to provide outstanding customer service to the PAL members.

Bob’s unparalleled high standards of customer satisfaction and customer service have helped PAL Business Forms maintain a leadership position in providing for the printing needs of members for over 15 years.

PAL Business Forms is backed by a support staff that includes fully automated prepress and design services, over 65,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, and a shipping department that is second to none.
